Heather Locklear- Cellulite always looks worse in a photo when it’s frozen mid-motion*, especially when a person is running like Heather is here, so I think considering that, her degree of cellulite isn’t too bad. (*I think that’s also why the Alicia Silverstone pic looks so severe)
